We are seeking, as part of our growth, an IT Software Developer / System Administrator (m/f/d). This full-time position is on-site in Hennigsdorf.

Responsibilities

• Further development of the intranet portal "QSportal" for recording and documenting measurement data.
• Monitoring, measuring, and upgrading software to improve performance.
• Performing regular backups to secure data and restoring data in case of loss.
• Maintaining and updating database-supported systems such as PIMcore, Wiki, TTest.
• Ensuring the security of company information through access controls and firewalls.
• Setting up accounts and workstations for employees, installing and configuring hardware and software, and training staff in new technologies.
• Participating in the administration, configuration, and development of the technical infrastructure.

Profile

What we expect: a completed apprenticeship or university degree in IT, computer science, information technology, or similar.

Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and task prioritization.

Experience with databases and networks.

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, PHP).

Ability to work independently with initiative.

Resilience under stress and high workload capacity.

Additional Information

Advanced knowledge: Database development.

Expertise: SQL database, CAD applications, planning and presentation software.
