Responsibilities:

• Manage responsibility for various software products
• Verify technical and functional requirements in direct interaction with solution designers and business units
• Coordinate non-functional requirements with stakeholders such as IT Operations and Security
• Support the creation of solution designs as a technical contact point, analyzing applications, databases, and data models
• Break down requirements into actionable work items and tasks based on the solution design
• Organize the entire development process, manage the application backlog, and conduct meetings like sprint planning, daily/weekly stand-ups, and refinement sessions
• Ensure a high-quality software development process using test management, automation, and clean code practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in software development projects as a developer or software architect
• Knowledge of modern development and collaboration methods such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
• Ideally experience in software development with .NET/C#, Java, Angular, or cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a confident demeanor
• High initiative, team spirit, and flexibility
• Proficient in German and English
