What you can expect

The Consulting Solutions Engineer for API/Dev acts as a business partner to the Solutions Engineers and Partner Solutions Engineers. They deliver technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the Zoom Developer Platform (SDKs/APIs) and associated products.

About the Team

The Zoom Solutions Engineering team is a trusted advisor to our customers, playing an integral role in delivering happiness. We formulate and articulate technical solutions and the vision of how Zoom can create efficiencies. We are excellent presenters and can present topics clearly and succinctly to all levels of technical skill sets.

Responsibilities

  • Designing next generation communication solutions for Zoom customers
  • Conducting demos and proof of concepts for prospective Zoom customers
  • Architecting designs and helping to close deals
  • Building market intelligence
  • Working across multiple boundaries
  • Driving the Zoom vision forward

What we're looking for

  • Ability to partner through the solution engineers with our sales organization
  • Ability to partner with Zoom Channels SE Team to drive business growth
  • Ability to feed back into GA team to drive customer feedback and improve product
  • Innovative mindset to discover new ways to sell our products
  • Experience in web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies
  • Expert guidance on integration development, including comprehensive API documentation and support
  • Providing clear code examples and best practices in multiple programming languages (such as C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell) to facilitate successful integrations
  • Collaborating with diverse customers to meet their integration needs effectively
  • Comfortable presenting to audiences at all organizational levels: Business, IT, C-level Stakeholders
  • Proficiency in German language skills to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base
