Java Software Entwickler / Software-Engineer (m / w / d)
Profil
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for analysis, design, and realization of complex software solutions.
Development of innovative solutions in coordination with product management, line managers, and the project team.
Technical support for our consultants, partners, and customers.
Your Qualifications
University degree in IT or a similar qualification, along with initial professional experience.
Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in developing multi-layer, service-oriented Java enterprise and web applications, including service-oriented components and architectures.
Strong skills in the following areas:
Java, standard Java libraries, and APIs.
Software frameworks such as JEE, Spring, EJB, JSF, GWT, Struts, Velocity, and Wicket.
Data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Modeling databases and object-oriented information systems.
REST, SOAP, BPEL, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath.
Knowledge of modern, object-oriented development methods (MDA, MDSD, OOA, OOD, OOP) and tools (Eclipse, Ant, Maven).
Preferred previous experience with:
Relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB/2, PostgreSQL.
Application servers such as JBoss, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion/WebLogic, Tomcat.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET framework, ASP.NET, C#) is an advantage.
Linux and scripting knowledge (Python, Ruby) is an advantage.
Autonomous, reliable working style with strong analytical and logical skills.

Willingness to be mobile and above-average commitment.
Fluent in written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an asset.
