Your Qualifications

Education:
Completed training in e-commerce or a degree in e-commerce, marketing, or business development.

Experience:

  • At least three years of experience working with Amazon, ideally with a hybrid 1P/3P business model.
  • Experience in scaling international companies in matrix organizations.
  • In-depth experience in managing e-commerce processes with a focus on Amazon.
  • Project experience, especially in scaling and strategically optimizing sales channels.

Professional knowledge:

  • Knowledge of system architectures (SAP, APIs, middleware).
  • In-depth knowledge of the B2B retail and D2C sales process.
  • Knowledge of working with Amazon and understanding operational topics such as fulfillment, pricing, data maintenance, listing processes.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Soft skills:

  • Self-organized, structured, and analytical working style.
  • Enjoy working with teams and external partners.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to react flexibly and develop solutions quickly when situations change.

Your Tasks

Daily operations:

  • Managing the 1P and 3P (FBM+FBA) Amazon business internationally.
  • Supporting smooth order processing via relevant interfaces.
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to improve account performance, e.g., PCOGS, confirmation rates, forecasts, net PPM, ROAS, ODRs.
  • Processing orders, solving problems, and optimizing operational processes.

Data, analysis, and forecasts:

  • Analyzing current and historical data to assess opportunities and recommend actions at the product and SKU level.
  • Considering price and advertising elasticity effects in planning.
  • Planning sales promotions and managing product availability.
  • Creating forecasts and reports on sales, inventory, and development trends.

Content and Advertising:

  • Maintaining master data and managing listing processes, including variants.
  • Launching new products across markets and optimizing PDP/store content and SEO data.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting and scaling international sales channel projects, focusing on Amazon.
