Your Responsibilities

Your week often begins with numbers and plans—income statement, balance sheet, cash flow. But what makes this role special is collaboration: supporting teams with planning, preparing reports, or highlighting opportunities. Your work provides orientation and enables well-informed decisions.

As part of our Finance team, you will manage multiple countries in Central & Northern Europe. Together with your colleagues, you will bring structure and clarity to complex issues, aiming to achieve our corporate goals.

• Planning & Analysis: Support corporate planning, from long-term plans to budgets and forecasts, keeping an eye on key figures—income statement, balance sheet, Capex, and cash flow.
• Reporting: Create and optimize monthly reports for local management, working closely with departments to identify trends and explain developments.
• Team Support: Assist colleagues with budgets, revenue reports, or ad-hoc analyses, providing a basis for their decisions.
• Risks & Opportunities: Identify business and financial risks and opportunities, helping evaluate alternative business ideas.
• System Development: Expand our monthly and ad-hoc evaluations and familiarize yourself with planning and control systems to optimize their use.

What You Bring

• A degree in Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Technical understanding to learn planning and control systems.
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension—recognizing complex relationships immediately.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness to present ideas convincingly.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as you will work with international teams.
• Initial experience with BI tools, dashboard creation, and handling large data sets confidently.
