Responsibilities:Continuous processing of the toolmaking worklist
Technical (commercial) order clarification
Cost determination, calculation and, if necessary, preparation of quotations
Creating and scheduling production orders and work plans, including contract work
Ensuring the necessary quality assurance measures, creating test plans and re-stamping certificates
Complete purchasing and order processing including posting invoices
Scheduling and monitoring
Posting goods movements
Mechanical engineering technician / master craftsman or comparable training
Very good technical understanding (reading drawings and manufacturing processes)
Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage
Software knowledge, especially Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP knowledge in PP, MM, WM and CS module would be very advantageous
Knowledge of planning and control processes as well as REFA knowledge would be desirable
Independent and autonomous way of working
Good communication and teamwork skills
