Head of Finance – PE-Backed Consultancy (Germany, Remote)

Morpheus are currently partnered with a PE-backed consultancy and we are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to drive financial leadership and strategic value creation during an exciting phase of transformation and expansion. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the finance function in a business backed by an ambitious investor group.

The Opportunity:

• Join the senior leadership team of a high-growth, services-based business.
• Lead the financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Act as a key business partner to the CEO and Board, contributing to commercial decisions, M&A activity, and operational improvements.
• Own and optimise finance operations, controls, and reporting across multiple entities.
• Build a scalable finance function aligned to rapid growth and international expansion.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Head of Finance / Finance Director / role within a consulting, professional services, or project-based environment.
• Track record working in PE-backed or high-growth businesses is highly desirable.
• Solid technical grounding in financial controls, reporting, and compliance (German GAAP, IFRS).
• Commercial acumen with the ability to influence at C-level and drive performance improvement.
• Fluent in German and English.
