WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You define internal development standards and processes as well as technical concepts for software architectures, contributing your many years of experience in professional software development.
• You assist in the strategic development and requirement phase of new products and processes.
• You stay in steady contact with interdisciplinary teams of developers and act as a sparring partner regarding all technical questions.
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with colleagues in code reviews regularly and support their professional development.
• You operate as a technical interface between departments and product teams.
• You are responsible for the optimal knowledge transfer to your colleagues, for example within internal training sessions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO THRIVE

• You have several years of professional experience in software development.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of system design, software architecture, and professional software development.
• You are familiar with DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, feeling confident in containerization/orchestration with Docker.
• You have excellent conceptual skills, in-depth analytical knowledge, a quick grasp, and enjoy working in a team.
• You love what you do and enjoy passing on your knowledge, with an intrinsic motivation to constantly learn new things.
• A good command of German and English completes your profile.
