We are evolving our online presence and are seeking a Redaktionsleiter (m/w/d) Online for the editorial team of Personalwirtschaft, a leading magazine for HR professionals. This role focuses on online publications.

• You will manage the portal personalwirtschaft.de (Paid and Free Content) and lead a small team.
• Collaborate with the magazine editorial leadership to ensure the cross-media publication of relevant and insightful content that influences the HR sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR decision-makers and expand your network within the target audience.
• Contribute to event planning and experiment with various media formats (Print, Online, Podcast, Video).
• You are passionate about online journalism.
• Writing valuable texts on HR and work-related topics comes naturally to you.
• You are familiar with modern tools and dashboards for KPI-based online content distribution.
• Using AI tools is a natural part of your workflow.
• You are a communicative, decisive personality with some leadership experience.
• You are interested in developing new topics, projects, and formats.
