Discover a versatile role in our growing Design Management team! As a Design Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in the control, management and optimization of our high-tech facilities. Monitor and manage all design activities within a project, including the engineering budget and delivery schedule.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Drives consistent project objectives and procedures to CSA, Mechanical, Process,Electrical, I&C, LSS, IT and Security disciplines.

• Monitor design process, participate in lead discipline design reviews for constructability, and value added engineering activities.

• Leading of internal and external design coordination meetings

• Leading design reviews e.g. P&ID Reviews and 3D-Model Reviews

• Ensure the overall project design and production process is conducted in the most efficient and technically accurate manner possible in accordance with the stipulated project budget and schedule

• Support Project Manager within proposal and project setup (Man loader, Project Schedule, Benchmarking, Estimats, Design Change Management)

• Analyzation, structure, priories and delegate tasks regarding design and engineering issues and follow up the results

Show your expertises

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Several years of professional experience in project execution and design management

• Knowledge in engineering workflows and principal content (e.g. P&IDs and 3D Model development, Specification, System and Functional Description, Cost Calculation)

• Project Management experience are preferred

• Very good English skills
