Job Description:

Electronic components are found in nearly all electrical and electronic devices. They are indispensable for their proper function. TDK is a leading manufacturer of these key products.

• Development of TVS diodes and simulation, including creation of models and equivalent circuit diagrams up to the radio frequency range, with derivation of relevant design features
• Perform measurements and verify models at component and system levels
• Identify and analyze technical market trends
• Coordinate with commercial and scientific cooperation partners
• Conceive further development of internal measurement technology and support error analyses
• Benchmark competitive components

Requirements:

• Completed technical university degree in electrical engineering/electronics, possibly physics
• Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, design houses, or similar environments desirable
• Strong knowledge in the simulation, modeling, and measurement of semiconductor components (e.g., SEED, (RF)-Spice, ADS, TLP, S-parameters)
• Strong analytical skills with high abstraction ability, creativity, assertiveness, and quality awareness
• Experience in managing development projects and dealing with customers and suppliers
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Salary:
from €4,800 gross per month (14x), with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
