Responsibilities

• Full technical responsibility for the development of the app and assessing the impact of solutions on the overall system.
• Participation in planned follow-up projects for app development.
• Analysis and prioritization of business requirements, including feasibility assessment focused on the BORA app.
• Development of technical solution designs in coordination with implementation teams.
• Support during technical implementation and ensuring complete documentation.
• Ensuring professional testing before live deployment in collaboration with the business.
• Coordination and management of external service providers for implementing extensions based on departmental requirements.
• Close collaboration with departments such as Technology, Product Management, Marketing, and Process Management.
• User management including roles and permissions.
• Serving as a contact point and establishing 1st and 2nd level support.

Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application management or as a Product Owner in medium-sized companies, corporations, or digital agencies.
• Experience with app development is advantageous.
• Agile mindset and proactive working style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent interface and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
