  • People Management: As Head of Department (HoD) in the Product Department, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and supervising a team of Product Owners and UX/UI experts, ensuring their growth and success. You will also plan staffing needs.
  • Shaping the future of Product Owners and UX/UI: Besides people management, you will shape the workflows and processes for these teams, serving as their mentor and guide.
  • Working atmosphere: You will foster a productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, trust, and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Achieving cluster goals and milestones: You will shape the future of all PAS-X Products, setting and ensuring the achievement of goals and milestones.
  • Coordination with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with other executives, product management, development, and directors to align product goals with corporate objectives. Represent the department and foster relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Escalation authority: Act as the central point for resolving problems escalated by your teams.
  • Inter Cluster Communication: Work with other Product HoDs to enhance collaboration and set the course for PAS-X's future.
  • Budget, controlling, reporting: Manage your team's budget, monitor costs, and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Product Owner and/or in UX/UI.
  • Enjoy creating a positive, productive work environment.
  • Motivated to develop yourself and your team.
  • Positive attitude towards change and shaping it.
  • Passionate about contributing to Körber Pharma Software's evolution into a product-focused company.
  • Strong sense of mission and team achievement.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
