Your tasks

  • Management and further development of a team of 5 employees in the areas of customer marketing, sales promotion and training
  • Conception and implementation of sales-supporting measures and activities for the product portfolio in the various sales channels
  • Budget responsibility for your area: planning, allocation, monitoring and control
  • Market analyses to derive target-oriented measures and translate brand messages into convincing sales arguments
  • Increasing the recommendation rate by pharmaceutical specialists
  • Responsibility for training measures and training on the company's brand portfolio, including the management of an internal online learning platform
  • Co-designing sales visits for the sales force in close coordination with product management and sales
  • Monitoring the success of implemented measures
  • Contract management with agencies and external service providers
  • Presentation at specialist congresses and participation in important customer meetings

Your profile

  • Completed studies in economics (diploma / master's degree) or a comparable qualification
  • Proven leadership experience in the management of teams
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing related to the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical market
  • Strong presentation skills and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Fluency in German and English
