Position: Manufacturing Process Supervisor

Tasks:

• Independent supervision of optical metrology processes in semiconductor manufacturing with a focus on improving quality, stability, and yield;
• Creation, qualification, IT integration, and maintenance of measurement recipes and independent development of complex models;
• Conducting economic analyses and cost comparisons of new metrology processes, technologies, and equipment under the framework conditions of technical implementation, capacity, future requirements, and strategies;
• Participating in the development of new metrology processes and defining process monitoring, taking into account new technologies;
• Adapting known technologies from other semiconductor manufacturers;
• Adaptation of known technologies from other semiconductor manufacturers;
• Training and technical guidance of production employees;
• Development and introduction of measures to increase flexibility and reduce costs, as well as responsibility for implementing the approval process within the framework of the Technical Review Board;
• Project design and coordination in the field of metrology;
• Optimization of workflows for data collection and response to measurement data (including increasing data availability/quality) to reduce manufacturing costs;
• Increasing the efficiency of data collection and data analysis, improving data quality, and accelerating response to process flows;

Requirements:

• Degree in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or similar;
• Advanced knowledge of programming evaluation systems;
• Experience and expertise in metrology in wafer manufacturing;
• In-depth process knowledge in the field of semiconductor technology;
• Experience with measurement technology in semiconductor manufacturing;
• Initiative, willingness to take responsibility, problem-solving skills, and flexibility;
• Independent, self-reliant approach to work and a cooperative and team-oriented working style;
• Good written and spoken English skills;
