Where your expertise is needed :

  1. Strategic partnership with leaders from our Commercial organization to help build effective teams and drive performance.
  2. Advising and enabling leaders on various people topics and executing key HR programs such as workforce planning, performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  3. Ensuring proactive cooperation with the Works Council, including consultation on employee initiatives, policy changes, and organizational restructuring, in compliance with local labor laws and co-determination principles.
  4. Participating in group-level change initiatives and driving change at the domain level.
  5. Generating insights from data to inform the people agenda and leadership decisions, analyzing problems, designing solutions, and recommending approaches.
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve local and global HR policies and processes, collaborating with subject matter experts and workstreams (e.g., People Ops on Workday, global mobility).
  7. Ensuring compliance with local regulations by liaising with BP colleagues and local experts, creating a consistent experience for all AVIVers.
  8. Aligning hiring plans with Talent Acquisition and promoting internal mobility for career development and talent placement.
  9. Facilitating team sessions on engagement survey results and working with leaders on action plans to foster a great workplace environment.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for :

  1. At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a tech-enabled, international, matrixed company in Europe or EMEA, preferably in SaaS, marketplace, classifieds, or e-commerce sectors.
  2. Good understanding of sales organization functions, challenges, compensation models, and influencing leaders.
  3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to shape processes.
  4. Business acumen to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  5. Strong communication skills, tact, and empathy to work effectively across all leadership levels.
  6. Analytical skills to interpret data and present insights clearly.
  7. Excellent knowledge of German labor law, works council, and social security law.
  8. Fluent in German and English.
