Your mission
As Senior Product Manager for our Simulation & Connectivity hub, you will be at the forefront of Wandelbots' mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites.

You will be responsible for driving and executing product strategy for the cross-functional team developing the extensions and connectors of Wandelbots NOVA into industry-leading simulation solutions. Operating at the forefront of our technology partnerships with providers of these solutions, you will shape our strategy and roadmap for our connectivity hub, integrating Wandelbots NOVA with other shopfloor IT and OT solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to market, making robotics more accessible to our customers and users.

Your profile

• Motivation and skills to deeply understand customer and user problems, effectively communicate them to the team, and collaborate on solutions.
• Proven experience in product management or product development roles, preferably within robotics, automation, factory, or simulation software industries.
• Track record of leading and delivering complex software products in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
• Experience with robotics & automation simulation solutions (e.g., NVIDIA Omniverse, Siemens Process Simulate, Visual Components).
• Experience with enterprise-grade IT infrastructure software (e.g., MS Azure suite).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, quick learner, and adaptable to new situations.

• You have software programming or engineering knowledge.
• You have experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• You have German language skills.
