We are seeking a Global Senior Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of an end-to-end technical architecture within a multi-application environment, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. This role involves developing a strategy that leverages composable architecture, data as a product, middleware solutions, and deploying platforms across 56 markets, including B2B CRM, eB2B commerce, and pricing engines.

What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in IT
• 7-10 years of experience in technical architecture within demand/sales functions
• Ability to articulate digital architecture strategies aligned with business goals
• Strong skills in SaaS platforms (Salesforce, online commerce, pricing tech) and integration technologies (APIs, middleware)
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and best practices
• Agile experience and familiarity with full development cycles of composable architectures
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Commitment to continuous learning and emerging technologies

People Management

Architectural Strategy and Planning

• Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture roadmaps

• Ensure data consistency and single sign-on capabilities

Governance & Standards

• Establish standards, best practices, and governance models
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and industry regulations

Technology Evaluation & Selection

• Assess new SaaS and platform solutions for strategic fit
• Lead build vs. buy decisions

System Performance & Reliability

• Design solutions meeting SLAs and performance targets
• Address technical debt proactively

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship
• Participate in architecture review and steering committees

Security & Risk Management

• Work with InfoSec to ensure secure data flows
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments

Cost Management

• Optimize SaaS licenses and infrastructure costs
• Support budgeting with TCO and ROI insights
