Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Du fungierst als Finance Business Partner für die Business Units und arbeitest eng mit den Stakeholdern zusammen.
• Du steuerst den Controlling-Zyklus – Planung, Prognosen, Berichterstattung und Maßnahmenverfolgung.
• Du unterstützt das Senior Management mit fundierten Analysen und strategischen Empfehlungen.
• Du bewertest Investitionsvorhaben und führst sie durch den Prüfungsprozess.
• Du trägst zur Erstellung von Präsentationen, Ausschussunterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen bei.
• Du nimmst an finanzbezogenen Projekten teil und trägst zur Verbesserung der operativen Exzellenz und Leistung bei.
• Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Entwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen ein und gestaltest aktiv dein Arbeitsumfeld mit.
  
  
  

Das bringst Du mit

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften.
• Du bringst fundierte finanzielle und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen voranzutreiben.
• Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Finanzwesen mittelständischer oder großer Unternehmen sind von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
• Vertrautheit mit Controlling-Tools (ERP, Analytics, BI, Dashboards).
