Director Product Management

How You Contribute To Our Mission

• You are responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for our product portfolio.
• You analyze global market trends and incorporate these insights into product adjustments and pipeline developments.
• You define global go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Regional Directors.
• You collaborate with research, development, product registration, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and launches.
• You define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• You communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
• You maintain a customer focus by participating in customer visits, conferences, exhibitions, and delivering presentations.
• You mentor and lead teams in Product Platforms, Product Development, Trial Management, Regulatory, and Sustainability.

What You Should Bring To This Position

• You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and over 5 years of leadership experience.
• Ideally, you hold a university degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• You possess an in-depth understanding of the Animal Nutrition and Feed Additive Industry and market dynamics.
• You demonstrate strong management competencies, including decision-making, planning, organization, leadership, and control.
• You communicate fluently in English and navigate easily across cultures; German language skills are an advantage.
