We are currently seeking a Manager Finance Business Partners Production at our ECO3 production site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

The Manager Finance Business Partners Production serves as a bridge between finance and production, ensuring production activities are financially viable and cost-effective. This role leads the global production business partner team across our main sites in Germany, Brazil, and China, reporting to the Head of FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 production business partners, with 3 in Germany and 3 with matrix reporting lines in Brazil and China.
• Track and analyze production costs (raw materials, labor, overheads), ensuring they stay within budget.
• Establish standardized production controlling across all global sites to ensure cross-site comparability.
• Provide detailed cost breakdowns to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, providing explanations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to create accurate budgets and forecasts for production activities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in production management, supply chain, or related fields, with leadership or cross-functional experience preferred.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP are advantageous.
• Strong numeracy and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across different organizational levels.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, analytical, and decisive mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
