Responsibilities

• Data analysis and preparation for impulse management
• Analysis and measurement of sales metrics and deriving action recommendations for future campaigns and sales concepts
• Execution and reporting of effective sales activities and campaigns, with ongoing optimization of product and service offerings in an omnichannel model
• Development and implementation of customer segmentation and target group concepts
• Activity and contact control
• Participation in sales-related projects within sales management

Qualifications

• Preferred: Completed or ongoing studies in economics or natural sciences, or a comparable qualification. Banking training is advantageous.
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in sales management, controlling, or data analysis.
• You think analytically and enjoy deriving data-based recommendations.
• You are communicative and proactively share your ideas and suggestions.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and CRM systems is a strength.
• You think in a target group-oriented and cross-departmental manner, considering the bank as a whole in your solutions. Independent and structured work, high reliability, and accuracy complete your profile.
