We are looking for a motivated Finanzbuchhalter with a focus on Debitorenmanagement (m/w/d) to join our team at our location, either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • Active handling of accounts receivable and financial accounting
  • Booking and reconciliation of bank transactions and direct debits
  • Account reconciliation and clarification, including resolving discrepancies on debtor accounts
  • Development of dunning procedures, monitoring open items, creating and following up on dunning notices, and communicating with customers regarding payment issues, possibly in collaboration with collection agencies and lawyers
  • Support in projects within the department
  • Vacation cover in accounts payable

Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., in financial accounting, as a tax clerk, or office clerk, ideally with further training as a financial accountant
  • Solid professional experience in financial accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with the accounting software "Agenda"
  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
  • Independent work, goal-oriented thinking and acting, and team skills
  • High social and communication skills, and a service-oriented demeanor
