In connection with future business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive to join us as VP Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment).

The VP Delivery will strategically oversee operations of over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategy, aligning with company goals, supervising engineering teams, managing performance and finances, and contributing to sales and account growth.

This role reports directly to the C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is a plus
  • 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within established companies (3000+ employees)
  • Experience managing large engineering teams of 700+ personnel with proven results
  • Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
  • Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices and trends; experience as a solution architect is advantageous
  • Understanding of Digital business landscapes and trends
  • Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills
  • Strategic planning and execution experience
  • Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comprehensive understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance
  • Experience with business development, presale management, and P&L oversight
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery Organization:

  • Manage directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and innovations
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning culture within teams

Support Business Development:

  • Engage with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, guiding teams and ensuring sales success
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop strategic initiatives

Advance Technological Innovation:

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and practices
