The Position: A Senior Manager is required to contribute to the firm's IP and drive digital transformation offerings into the market. Within client engagements, they lead day-to-day customer relationships and consultant teams, from project planning through execution. The manager should have diversified knowledge in business transformation with a focus on digitization. Strong intrapersonal management skills and operational knowledge are essential. Our client is seeking candidates with the following background:

• Solid knowledge and expertise in digital transformation, especially in designing Robotic Process Automation solutions
• Extensive understanding of business process transformation in industries like controlling, accounting, procurement, HR, shared services, or BPO
• Management experience, analytical skills, and strong team orientation
• Experience in developing client solutions for process optimization and operating models

Senior Managers apply their consulting, project management, and functional skills in managing major projects and business development activities such as proposal scoping and development. Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing consultant teams to deliver high-quality client work within budget and timelines
• Supporting resolution of critical issues for client success
• Providing technical and functional expertise
• Assisting in solution implementation
• Presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior client management
• Developing engagement deliverables
• Managing client relationships and reporting progress
• Leading, coaching, and supervising junior staff

Requirements:

Technical Experience:

• Expert in digital transformation
• Expert in finance systems like PTP, OTC, RTR, and FPA
• Understanding of HR and IT processes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion solutions
• Familiarity with business systems and market trends
• Experience in business transformation and program lifecycle management
