Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses der Markenüberwachung über alle Geschäftsfelder im Geschäftsbereich Produkte.
• Juristische und operative Aufsicht von Beschwerdeverfahren, Prüfzeichenmissbrauch, strittigen Zertifizierungsentscheidungen sowie über Vertragsprüfungen.
• Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams, Marktüberwachungsbehörden, Kunden und Wettbewerbern zur Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und der Sicherstellung von Markenintegrität.
• Soweit notwendig: Koordination und Abstimmung von Vorgängen mit der Konzern-Rechtsabteilung.
  
  

• Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder in einem verwandten Bereich wie Wirtschaftsrecht, Regulatory Affairs oder Qualitätsmanagement mit Produktbezug
• Hohes Verständnis für internationale Vorschriften und Standards, insbesondere im Produktsicherheitskontext
• Systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit zur Interpretation und Umsetzung neuer Regelungen und Vorgaben
• Bereitschaft, ein kleines, eingespieltes Team zu führen
• Sicher im Umgang mit internen und internationalen Teams, operativen Einheiten, sowie externen Akteuren wie Behörden und Kunden
