Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning of I&C systems for MEP systems of the HOAI work phases 1-9, including control strategies for technical building equipment, switchgear, BUS systems, and control centers (SCADA, BMS).
• Design of control schemes, circuit diagrams, and data point lists according to DIN-EN-ISO-16484.
• Selection and tendering of field devices such as valves and sensors.
• Comparison of tasks with clients and creation of service specifications for quotations.
• Technical and price review of offers.
• Carrying out measurement tests and acceptance procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling project realization (site management).
• Supporting involved draftsmen in the project.

Show your expertise

• Degree in instrumentation and control technology or technician for building automation.
• Several years of experience in engineering, construction, handling, or commissioning control and automation systems.
• Knowledge of industrial project planning and execution is advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant standards, VOB, HOAI, and contract law.
• Ability to work independently, flexibility, and organizational skills.
• Software skills: WScad or ePLAN, CAD-REVIT, and MS Office.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
