Tasks and Qualifications

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting engagements, analyzing and documenting customer processes in SAP EWM / WM.
• Perform initial customizing activities in SAP EWM / WM to reflect customer processes.
• Support process and acceptance testing of implementations.
• Assist or lead IT project management tasks based on experience.
• Support system commissioning, including acceptance tests, on-site go-live support, and customer training.
• Assist our software sales team in acquiring new projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical or business field or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM software is essential.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Strong interest in intralogistics and related processes.
• Excellent change management, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (~25%).
