This position involves the operation, implementation, and improvement of existing and new Citrix on-premise solutions across multiple global datacenters.

The individual will lead the global Citrix team responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and participating in various projects to enhance service and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for critical incidents and problems.
  • Engage with vendors for support, updates, and planning.
  • Take ownership of designated Citrix technologies and platforms.
  • Maintain and share current internal documentation.
  • Evaluate the Citrix environment regularly and plan for capacity and technology updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Citrix solutions that meet business needs.
  • Prepare documentation defining SLAs, SOW, and other requirements.
  • Manage a 24x7 support team directly.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments.
  • Citrix Certified Professional is a plus but not required.
  • Have five years of experience in an ITIL-managed environment.
  • Be an expert in Citrix products such as Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy products.
  • Work effectively with customers, project managers, and engineers to develop infrastructure solutions.
  • Have detailed knowledge of Windows Server OS and networking.
  • Experience with implementation and migration of medium to large enterprise Citrix environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and leadership interactions.
