Job Title: Chief of Staff

Position Summary:
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a trusted strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This high-impact role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring that the CEO's priorities are implemented across the organization. The CoS acts as a force multiplier for the CEO, enabling the leadership team to operate at maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the CEO in developing and executing company strategy.
- Drive progress on key strategic initiatives, often managing special projects directly.
- Monitor OKRs and KPIs and ensure follow-up across business units.
Executive Support & Communication
- Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO.
- Prepare internal and external presentations, board materials, and executive briefings.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency
- Optimize workflows, meeting cadences, and decision-making processes within the leadership team.
- Lead or contribute to the planning and facilitation of leadership offsites, weekly executive meetings, and company all-hands.
Project Management
- Manage complex cross-functional projects that require high-level coordination.
- Ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and completed on time and within scope.
People & Culture Partner
- Help build a high-performance leadership culture by fostering accountability, transparency, and alignment.
- Occasionally support internal communications, change management, or HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, business operations, or a similar field.
- Proven ability to lead and influence without authority.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
