Your Shoes To Fill

• Support the design and establishment of a company-wide master data framework: governance, organization, processes, systems, and tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document master data needs and develop end-to-end data models.
• Ensure proper implementation of data requirements across systems like SAP, PIM, and PLM.
• Address operational issues by analyzing root causes and implementing solutions within the master data framework.
• Facilitate solutions when conflicts arise between business functions regarding data definitions and responsibilities.
• Define data standards and KPIs to maintain high data quality across functions and systems.
• Create data reports and conduct regular master data audits.

Your Walk Of Life

• Completed a degree in business or IT with experience in master data management from a conceptual perspective.
• Proficiency in MDM tools, SAP S/4HANA, MS Office, and data analysis tools like Power BI or BW.
• Experience with process mapping methodologies and tools.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Passion for data and numbers, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
