- You’ll take charge of growing our Dutch eCom shop and shaping the local scaling strategy, including P&L responsibility, focusing on driving margins and revenue.
- You identify growth levers, optimize our advertising channels, and strengthen our market presence. Your strategic market knowledge will be key to identifying the best opportunities for success.
- You manage the end-to-end customer journey and ensure it’s tailored to Dutch preferences, from ads to checkout.
- You collaborate with our German HQ to implement cross-channel initiatives in marketing, content, and product.
- You identify new sales channels for market penetration and bring in your local expertise.
- You operate with an entrepreneurial drive, taking full ownership of the Dutch market strategy and continuously evolving it.
Your Mission

Your Profile
- You are Dutch or have deep knowledge of the Dutch market.
- You speak Dutch and English or German fluently
- You have 3+ years experience in eCommerce/D2C/startups, ideally with market ownership.
- You are highly analytical, independent, and pragmatic.
- You’re excited about owning a market and scaling it with full accountability.
