You'll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for delivering against your hiring targets across G&A and Marketing functions.

With your dedication, growth mindset, and data-driven skills, you'll make a valuable contribution to shaping the future job market.

  1. You own the end-to-end recruitment process for our G&A and Marketing divisions, from conducting market research and taking solid briefs to building sophisticated sourcing strategies for offer management.
  2. You partner and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring teams to design and execute innovative, robust attraction strategies.
  3. You anticipate future hiring challenges and build market intelligence to ensure strong candidate pipelines supporting our current needs and future business growth.
  4. You design high-quality selection and assessment processes to ensure an outstanding hiring experience and quality of hires.
  5. You apply a data-driven approach to challenge current recruitment practices by using hiring metrics to assess process health, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates, and you adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
  6. You act as a brand ambassador for the Stepstone Group and champion our culture to ensure we hire the right talent aligned with our vision and values.
  7. You serve as a coach and mentor to the wider TA community, introduce best practices, and train junior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Full-lifecycle, international recruiting experience within a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and experience in building meaningful relationships.
  • Proven ability to create and drive effective sourcing strategies—knowing where to find the right talent and how to engage with top candidates.
  • Experience in designing and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral-based interviews, familiar with various assessment methods.
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment, creating meaningful reports and market insights for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • You are passionate, possess a strong sense of ownership, are resilient, collaborate well, and have excellent communication skills. You enjoy actively contributing to a global TA community.
