You’ll take charge of growing our Dutch eCom shop and shaping the local scaling strategy, including P&L responsibility, focusing on driving margins and revenue.
You identify growth levers, optimize our advertising channels, and strengthen our market presence. Your strategic market knowledge will be key to identifying the best opportunities for success.
You manage the end-to-end customer journey and ensure it’s tailored to Dutch preferences, from ads to checkout.
You collaborate with our German HQ to implement cross-channel initiatives in marketing, content, and product.
You identify new sales channels for market penetration and bring in your local expertise.
You operate with an entrepreneurial drive, taking full ownership of the Dutch market strategy and continuously evolving it.
Your Profile
You are Dutch or have deep knowledge of the Dutch market.
You are based in Germany or the Netherlands.
Fluency in the local language and English or German.
You have 3+ years experience in eCommerce/D2C/startups, ideally with market ownership.
You are highly analytical, independent, and pragmatic.
You’re excited about owning a market and scaling it with full accountability.
