MedSkin Solutions Dr. Suwelack is a globally operating medium-sized company with two locations in Germany and international staff. Our Münsterland technology center develops and produces regenerative medical and skincare products with innovation and passion. Our Hamburg office coordinates our international sales and marketing activities. We combine scientific research and biological mechanisms to advance regeneration in medical care and professional skincare.

We aim for ambitious growth, especially by strengthening and internationalizing our brands. As (Senior) Brand Manager, you will be a key driver in developing our premium skincare brand "reveel," primarily targeting professional cosmetic institutes and distributors B2B, and consumers via our online channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the strategic and operational management of our global brand reveel, acting as both creative and business leader.
• Develop brand-specific communication and marketing strategies, translating them into actionable plans across all relevant channels.
• Analyze markets, target groups, and trends using digital tools and AI solutions, deriving innovations and content ideas.
• Lead international brand and product development projects from concept to launch, collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Design teams.
• Develop pricing strategies and oversee sales campaigns considering brand and margin goals.
• Manage communication with international distribution partners, ensuring consistent and relevant brand messaging.
• Create targeted content and POS materials for both traditional and digital touchpoints.
• Continuously monitor brand performance using KPIs, focusing on customer orientation and data-driven insights.
• Manage the brand budget, organize international marketing events and trade shows (e.g., Cosmoprof Hong Kong), and collaborate with sales, education, and scientific teams.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in (international) brand management, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, or health & beauty, preferably in B2B/professional environments.
• Experience managing product development projects with a strong understanding of brand mechanics, positioning, and value propositions.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; scientific knowledge (biology, dermatology, cosmetology) is a plus.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, AI-based analysis, and content solutions, with a good understanding of digital brand management.
• Excellent language skills in German and English, with a flair for language, design, and target audience engagement across print and digital media.
• Creative, data-driven, and highly autonomous working style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in an international environment.
