What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in product or portfolio management, preferably in consumer goods or omnichannel businesses.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience in product development, financial modeling, or supply chain operations.
• Skilled at collaborating and communicating across diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred location: Düsseldorf; alternative location: France.

As Head of Global Product Portfolio, you will shape and manage our worldwide product assortment. Reporting to the Director, you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to align strategies and meet business goals. This role requires expertise in product lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and stakeholder engagement.

• Drive the global product portfolio roadmap, identifying gaps and opportunities through market analysis.
• Evaluate and prioritize investments; develop business cases with Finance and Product teams.
• Lead performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Manage end-of-life planning with regional teams to ensure smooth phase-outs.
• Align local and global portfolio needs with central teams and support regional planning.
• Provide strategic updates and ensure stakeholder alignment across departments.
