Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.
We are looking for: Global Wi-Fi Segment Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth in the Wi-Fi segment.
- Define target segments, market positioning and messaging based on deep customer and market insights.
- Research new customer audiences and emerging market opportunities within the Wi-Fi and IoT space.
- Identify what matters most to customers when buying, and apply those insights to improve marketing, sales and product strategy.
- Devise compelling content and campaigns tailored to new and existing audiences to generate leads and support sales enablement.
- Work cross-functionally with product management and FAE teams to shape product roadmaps aligned with market needs.
- Partner with sales to develop collateral, pitch decks and training materials that support customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
- Work with the team to execute digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media and demand generation for the Wi-Fi segment.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars and trade shows as a subject matter expert.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Requirements And Preferable Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in similar positon is a must.
- Experience in Canva, Adobe, SalesForce.
- Native/professional English skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willing to travel.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Responsible, with a positive attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Team player, able to work across disciplines and regions.
