Your future role involves:

• Coordinating and guiding trainees in stationary and outpatient care, including managing training plans and coordinating practical placements.
• Providing recommendations on structure and content, creating a toolbox for practical implementation.
• Enhancing social skills of trainees, giving feedback, and fostering enthusiasm for the nursing profession.

What you bring:

• A completed three-year training (state examination) in health and nursing, pediatric nursing, or elderly care.
• Successfully completed additional qualification as a Praxisanleiter/in.
• A high quality consciousness and enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
