We are a district hospital providing standard care with 404 beds across 12 clinics in Perleberg, Prignitz. For our team at the Central Laboratory of Gesundheitszentrum Wittenberge gGmbH, located in Perleberg and part of Kreiskrankenhaus Prignitz, we are seeking to fill a permanent position starting 01.12.2025.

Position: Leitung - Medizinischer Technologe für Laboratoriumsanalytik (MTL)

Requirements:

• Completed training as MTL (Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics) with experience
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Willingness to participate in weekend and on-call duties
• Careful documentation of examination results

• Assertiveness, organizational talent, flexibility

Responsibilities:

• All areas of clinical chemistry, hematology, hemostasis, immunology, and blood group serology
• Leadership and organization of laboratory operations
• Maintenance and servicing of analysis equipment
• Organizational and administrative tasks
