A small and very capable hands-on team is building a modern platform that helps people working in fast-paced environments access training, tools, and knowledge exactly when they need it. The product is already live and used by well-known, household-name customers. With strong backing and paying customers, they’re now hiring a Senior Product Engineer to help scale the platform and shape what comes next.

You’ll join early, work closely with users, and have real influence over what gets built and how it works. It’s a product-focused environment with a strong eye for design and a clear mission.

What you’ll be doing

Building and owning core product features, mainly backend

Collaborating with design, product, and users

Shipping regularly and improving quickly based on feedback

Helping shape architecture and technical decisions

Writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on solving real problems

What they’re looking for

5+ years of experience building production systems

Comfortable thinking about product and user impact

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus: experience working across the stack
