About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Accounting as a Service (AaaS) product, which enables medium to large international companies in industries such as e-commerce and mobility to scale and innovate their financial processes efficiently.

The product covers the entire Accounts Receivable lifecycle, utilizing technologies like SAP S/4 Hana, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI. We are a motivated team dedicated to transforming financial processes.

Location & Employment

Permanent, Full-Time positions available in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Münster, Verl, Dublin, or Berlin, with flexible working arrangements.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze client and market requirements to define product strategy and develop a strategic roadmap.
• Conduct market discovery activities with sales, marketing, and account management teams.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success.
• Identify and address risks and bottlenecks in product delivery.
• Manage relationships with key vendors, such as e-invoicing providers.
• Act as an ambassador for the product, educating stakeholders on capabilities.
• Support pre-sales activities and assist in sales pitches.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Fintech environment, focusing on B2B2C or B2B2B products.
• Deep understanding of accounts receivable management and reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on mentality with experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on details and the bigger picture.
• Fluent in English and German (C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
