• You're an active source of advice and ideas (m/f/d) for the WOW department to highlight growth potential and identify sales drivers

• You provide proactive stakeholder management - especially at the interfaces with accounting and the specialist department
• You`ll also ensure that we've transparency regarding the achievement of the WOW department's targets through the constant further development of our reporting and planning tools
• You'll support the development of short and long-term measures as well as quarterly target setting
  
  

Requirements

• You've a university degree with a focus on finance and several years of professional experience in controlling as well as a strong understanding of the streaming & media market for sports and fiction
• Ideally, you've been able to acquire knowledge in dealing with subscriber models and their scalability within the last few years
• In addition, you've in-depth knowledge of Excel and the creation of meaningful analyses and their visualization in Power Point
• Thanks to your professional experience, you're well versed in track record and have methodological knowledge in the development & implementation of growth measures
• You've an entrepreneurial flair and enjoy actively helping to shape a growing and dynamic business
• Your strengths include your strong communication and negotiation skills to diplomatically question the status quo and drive change
• With your quick comprehension and self-confident demeanor, you find it easy to understand complex issues and present practical solutions convincingly
• Good English skills and experience in dealing with international organizations round off your profile
