Join our team at adesso SE as a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (all genders).

Role Overview:

  • Digitalization consulting: Advising on digitalizing Customer Service processes within a holistic Customer Experience framework.
  • Solution design: Developing and implementing solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Process automation: Automating service processes using AI and chatbots.
  • System integration: Integrating call center and telephony solutions with MS Dynamics Customer Service.
  • Workshops and training: Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients.
  • Project management: Leading projects and sub-projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with good knowledge of customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, Teams Voice).
  • Knowledge of Service KPIs.
  • Requirements gathering skills.
  • Interest or experience in Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in agile project environments.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and good command of English.
