Responsibilities

1. Advise clients in corporate or government environments on the conception, implementation, and execution of comprehensive security and emergency plans, secure processes, and ISMS/BCM.
2. Mentor team members and coach them in their project assignments.
3. Lead strategic security projects, manage client relationships, and serve as the technical contact in your area of responsibility.
4. Conduct risk analyses, business impact analyses, and internal audits for clients, providing recommendations to enhance their IT and information security.
5. Support the sales process through technical pre-sales activities such as requirements analysis, proposal development, building client relationships, and identifying additional needs.
6. Contribute to the development of our consulting portfolio, incorporating current market trends and developments (e.g., AI).

Qualifications

• A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related vocational training such as Fachinformatiker.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in IT security consulting, knowledge of current cybersecurity legislation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of IT components, infrastructures, networks, and server/client applications.
• Experience in IT security analysis, audits, and compliance with standards like ISO 27001.
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker, ISO 27001 Auditor/Implementer).
• Strong interpersonal skills to understand and manage stakeholder dynamics; ability to improvise as needed.
• Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
