  • Take responsibility for organizational and administrative tasks
  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate appointments, board meetings, and events independently, sometimes involving private matters
  • Occasionally accompany our CEO to appointments and business trips
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including professional preparation and follow-up
  • Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, clients, etc., and actively collaborate with the existing assistant and advisory team
  • Handle smaller projects independently or participate in larger projects
  • Possess a commercial or technical qualification with excellent results or an equivalent qualification
  • Have several years of experience in an assistant or similar trusted position
  • Work in a structured, careful, and responsible manner with a hands-on mentality, empathy, and flexibility
  • Speak German at native level, with excellent written communication skills, and ideally have very good English skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and confidence at all levels
  • Maintain discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information
