About the Role

As part of the IT Governance Team, you'll act as an interface between FFB's wider Technology team and the 2nd and 3rd line of defense teams, overseeing IT risks, compliance, audits, and ITSCM requirements. Your responsibilities include managing IT risks, supporting ITSCM compliance, representing the department in audits, maintaining governance controls, and improving IT processes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of German and international financial regulation (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, Swift CSCF)
• Experience in oversight roles within the financial industry
• Understanding of audit standards, control frameworks, and information security policies
• Solid knowledge of IT landscapes, including security and compliance aspects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in German and English
• Empathic team player with the ability to work across hierarchical levels
