Deine Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Planungs- und Forecast-Prozesses (Kosten, Leistung, Headcount…) für die Produktionswerke des Unternehmensbereichs
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Planungsvorgaben
• Bereitstellung der Kalkulationselemente wie z.B. Kostensätze zur Festlegung der Produktpreise
• Regelmäßige Analyse verschiedener Themenbereiche (u.a. Schwachstellenanalyse, Soll/Ist-Vergleich, Ad-hoc Anfragen)
• Überwachung der Bestände und der Bestandsbewertungen an RHB und Halbfabrikaten
• Aufgaben im Rahmen des Monats- und Jahresabschlusses (Prognosen, Buchungsbelege, Kohärenzkontrollen, Freigaben, Kommentierungen)
• Support der Business Partner bei operativen, taktischen und strategischen Fragestellungen, u.a. Optimierungen von Prozessen, Make- or Buy Entscheidungen, Rationalisierungsprozessen, Investitionen etc.
• Planung und Analyse der Strukturkosten R&D (Kostenstellenplanung) und Headcount, inkl. Steuerung der Budgets im vorgegebenen Rahmen
• Projektmitarbeit „S4/Hana Projekt“, Vereinfachung von Lohnsystemen
• Strategischer Support mit Facts & Figures und Erstellung der Präsentationen

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein Studium in der Finanzverwaltung, ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines international ausgerichteten Unternehmens mit.
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement runden dein Profil ab.
