What They’re Looking For

• Ausbildung or Studium in IT/Informatik—or equivalent practical know-how
• Deep knowledge of:Windows Server & Active Directory, Citrix environments, VMware administration ,Microsoft Exchange & SQL
• Comfortable working across physical, virtual, and cloud-ish environments
• Structured, proactive, and confident in client dialogue
• Fluent in German (C1 level a must)
• Likes autonomy, learning, and collaborative teams

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and implementing infrastructure projects
• Administering Windows-based environments (AD, SQL, Exchange, etc.)
• Managing and optimising virtualisation (server, desktop, apps)
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Advising clients directly and tailoring solutions to their context
