What The Job Looks Like

Each day offers a variety of challenges, including:

• Shaping and executing Grünenthal’s external growth strategy, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Driving due diligence for M&A transactions and supporting licensing and partnership opportunities.
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
• Translating complex findings into insights that influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
• Contributing to high-impact projects for the Grünenthal Group, CEO, and Corporate Executive Board.

What You Should Bring To The Table

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A top-tier degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years experience in strategy consulting, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking.
• Proven expertise in Corporate M&A, Strategy, and Business Development, especially with established brands.
• Strong skills in valuation methodologies and accounting principles.
• A track record of driving strategic business impact.
• Excellent analytical (Excel) and conceptual skills to simplify complexity.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
